If you receive a faulty or damaged item (a 'Deficient Product'), please contact us here with a description of the issue, photo of the issue and your order number as soon as possible.
Once confirmed, you’ll be offered one of the following options; an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and what we have available.
Please note: Requests must be made within a reasonable time, and we reserve the right to decline if the issue is due to misuse, damage, or neglect of care instructions provided.
