Refunds are processed to the bank account linked to your original payment method, not the card itself.

If your card has been cancelled but the account is still active, your refund will be received as normal.

If the entire account has been closed, your bank will usually redirect the funds to another active account you hold but please note, this process can take up to 10 business days.

We recommend reaching out to your bank directly if you're unsure where the refund will be deposited.
